SPO's Family Program is centered around mentorship. It was specifically designed to match individuals with a student mentor that can provide guidance, support and aid in professional development.  

• Family Leads & Mentors gain first hand experience in becoming better leaders, communications skills, and people skills.

• Being a mentee gives you the chance to be paired and engage 1-on-1 with someone who has already started their SCM journey here at UH.
